- Joseph Pongratz, CPO, FAAOPJoseph Pongratz, CPO, FAAOP
The field of orthotics and prosthetics brings together two long-standing loves: an interest in medicine and a curiosity about ingenuity, innovation and building things. Today, I develop companies that let me create innovations that help people heal from complicated medical challenges.
I founded Pongratz Orthotics and Prosthetics because I saw an opportunity to provide patient care in a way I always thought it should be done. Our service model is built on family values, exceptional patient care, fast turnaround time, and invincible service. We have a personal touch - a family touch - and a culture where we value every patient.
I’m passionate about this career because it blends every part of who I am as a family man, a leader, and a community member. I believe in creating something for the right reasons; something that embraces intentional purpose and great quality in the medical community.
My core values are based around my family and my faith. My mom and dad raised 5 kids to be independent, respectful and faith based. Today, my life revolves around my 15 years of marriage to my wife Anissa and our 5 kids who all attend Catholic school in Chandler. My passion is also music and I so enjoy playing the guitar in our church's various choir groups.
